Ten10 Racing, after the strategic, commercial and technical partnership with WTR Team, Italy, is set to become the first Indian motorcycle racing team to be part of a an international race, the Moto GP. Ten10 Racing will also use this opportunity to introduce their young and accomplished rider Sarath Kumar, who with his participation in the upcoming 125cc World Championship 2011, will become the first Indian motorcycle rider to participate at the international level.
MotoGP is the pinnacle of the world motorcycle championship and can be defined as the Formula 1 of motorcycle racing. The championship comprises of three classes of motorcycle racing, namely, the 125 cc World Championships, Moto 2 World Championships and the Moto GP World Championships – Premier Event. To their credit Ten10 Racing is in the lead for the coveted National Championship with a huge margin. The team has also broken many records at the Madras Motorsport Race Track, including the fastest lap time clocked by a motorcycle manufactured in India.
The partnership between Ten10 Racing and WTR Team aims to collaborate technically for international and Indian racing. To recognise and nurture young Indian talent and introduce them to the world arena and also attempt at creating an all Indian team by 2014, which will be recognised as among the best in the MotoGP circuit.

Taking motorcycle racing to the international arena Ten10 Racing has made the initiative to develop a new sporting culture in India. A new avenue has been introduced for large corporate houses in India to promote, advertise and build and activate their brand in India and worldwide.
